Please do not contact board members at their personal residences regarding HOA issues

Community manager Alan Mangen should be the first point of contact for HOA-related problems. You may certainly copy the board (board@oellahoa.com)on correspondence or if you have a problem with American Community Management. Please respect that board members are not on call 24-7 and that HOA issues are more appropriately discussed as a group at board meetings. Please do not contact them by phone or personal e-mail or Facebook. Alan will forward questions or requests to the board as necessary. ACM has an emergency line if there is an after hours emergency such as a downed tree blocking an HOA driveway.
