2012 Board of Directors Election Results

A resident volunteer verified a quorum of members at Monday's annual meeting (by way of attendees and proxy ballots). After a quorum was established, the election process commenced.

A call for candidates from the floor was made and Laura Bellows was nominated and a short statement was made by Director Elliott supporting her nomination.  Director Hood was also announced as a  nominee running for a second term and made a brief statement.

Two volunteers then collected the ballots and tallied results. The 2 nominees that announced candidacy were elected to the Board of Directors for a 3-year term. The detailed election results were as follows:

Notes: Not all members (attendees and proxies) chose to vote for a candidate.  Additionally, there were several write in votes for members that were not seeking a nomination.

The board would like the thank the volunteers that tallied ballots as well as all that participated in the voting process by proxy or in person.

The board would also like to sincerely thank outgoing Director Elliott for his many years of service on the board and to the community.

Annual Meeting of Members - Oella HOA

The annual meeting of members will be held on Monday, November 12, 2011 at 7:30pm in the Westchester Center main hall on Westchester Ave. Members should have already received information regarding the meeting in the mail

Paving Work Postponed (Again)

Dear neighbors,

Once again, the final day of seal-coating for our drives and parking lots has been postponed because of the wet conditions. Please spread the word that the roads lots are all free to use until further notice.

We will send another notice as soon as we can schedule another day to complete this work.
